Overview
At Hasten , we believe that there is no short cut to success .
We just dont give theoratical knowledge but make the trainees a part of real project team .
We dont teach SYNTAX.If you are looking to learn the SYNTAX , then this is not the right place.
TYPICAL TRAINING SCENARIO WALK THROUGH
Scenario 1 :
A trainee register with us for a UI Training,he/she is given the remote login access to our server , wherein he logs in and work remotely and become a part of the team.
He will be introduced to the team via email , which also will explain his role and responsibilities.
Trainee gets the business requirements and exactly what he is suppose to do .depending on what module training he has choosen, the he/she will be given a requirements document
with screen shorts and delivery dates.There will be existing code (like in any other live project) and a version control tool like cvs to check out the code.
Once the delivery date is reached , the code will be reviewed in terms of quality standards issued to the trainee.And review comments has to be incooperated STRICTLY .
The trainee is made aware of the fact that he is working on real time project and not just any peice of code which he can throw so proper documentation is mendatory.
Once his module is finished the candidate if required in given another set of requirements
Scenario 2 :
A trainee register with us for a Technical Lead/Designer position,he/she is given the remote login access to our server , wherein he logs in and work remotely and become a part of the team.
He will be introduced to the team via email , which also will explain his role and responsibilities.Team will be made aware of the fact that he is the designer and lead so every one is suppose to update him with
his/her work status depending on the role and responsility and which methodology the team plan to use like SCRUM , XP.
There will be regular meeting/conferences by dialing conference numbers provided by Hasten and also as and when the need arise , a meeting request can be made by any team member.
The trainee lead will prepare the design using UML and using required design patterns and there is a design review session
which gives the trainee a feel of the real issues and concerns by the team and also help the trainee lead to learn how to resolve those issues.
So the trainee not only learn a specific tool set but also lot many other things like different methodologies like SCRUM , XP;version control tools ,
attending SCRUM meetings ,taking requirements and learn to do documentation and also gets BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE .
